Short version: Pom de Dalt does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. The game works entirely offline, and everything it remembers about your colla stays on your own device.

What this app is

Pom de Dalt is a single-player strategy game about building castells (Catalan human towers). You plan a tronc, run assaigs, and play diades for a fictional colla you build up over a season. There are no accounts, no multiplayer, and no server component.

Data we collect

None. Pom de Dalt does not collect any data about you or your device, and it contains no analytics, advertising or tracking software of any kind. Nothing you do inside the app is sent to us or to any third party.

Data stored on your device

To remember your colla between sessions, the app stores the following, only on your own device:

Your roster of castellers, their attributes, and any changes you make to them
Your tronc plans, diada results, season progress and achievements
Any photo you choose to attach to a casteller's card or a diada record
Your settings, such as the music, sound and haptics toggles, and whether reminders are on

This information is kept in a local database and in the app's own document storage. It is never uploaded anywhere. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.

Photos and camera

If you choose to add a portrait to a casteller's card or a picture to a diada record, the app opens the system photo picker or camera. Only the picture you actively select is copied into the app's own storage. The app cannot see or access the rest of your photo library, and it never shares any picture off your device.

Notifications

Pom de Dalt can send one optional local reminder in the evening on the day a new week of the season opens. This is generated entirely on your device by iOS itself; no notification service or remote server is involved, and the reminder is only scheduled if you turn it on in Settings.

Tracking

Pom de Dalt does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and it contains no advertising identifiers or tracking SDKs.

Children's privacy

Pom de Dalt does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because nothing is collected, transmitted, or shared, the app is safe for players of any age.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
